If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on dragonrug.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 10 days from the date of package delivery.

As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.

Got this after trying a cheaper option off Amazon, and this is so much better. Surface is VERY smooth, colors are great, no dye or colors rubbing off, and the quality of the image is great. The Amazon pad was not smooth (with people complaining about it wearing out their mouse skates), and the dye from the mousepad was transferring to my hands and then to things I touched (my keyboard and toothbrush were stained from it). Don't be lured by other cheaper alternatives. Just get this and be done.

I was expecting a good product but not this good. Everything is made at the best that you can desire from the stitching to the quality of the printed image (in my case it is a cropped wallpaper and despite the low quality the result is perfect, it is clearly upscaled but without the artifacts created by cheap upscaling programs). I choosed the strandard thickness and despite that it is thicker than cheap mats from amazon. Packaging is also very well made. All mats for me and my friends must be bought from them from now on. Can't wait to buy another one. Totally love the final product.

This is hands down the best gaming pad I have ever had. The quality is great, but time will tell. I went with a custom print and it absolutely blew me away. I wasn't sure how the clarity would carry over from the design that I submitted, but they didn't disappoint. The texture, support and the overall feel is just the cherry on top. I will definitely look to them from here on out, without a second thought. Thank you, I couldn't be happier.

Came out way above my expectations. The colors and details are impressive. Construction seems to be solid. I hope it lasts for a few years. A bit expensive compared to generic pads, but you get what you pay for, and for something that is going to be used almost every day, this one is worth every $$$

The material is soft and comfortable on the hands and wrists, the texture is perfect for a mousepad, it didn't require any time to flatten out from being rolled up for transport, and the print quality is phenomenal! I will definitely be recommending this to all my friends :)

The mats I ordered came out fantastic! Even better quality than I expected! I was a little worried since I found out I can message about the order to use the full image. However, I was reassured in an email that they would use more of the image than I had originally cropped. The quality is wonderful and the images look amazing. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase from this site and will be recommending to friends and family as well!

At first I was a bit concerned that this mousepad would be too big for where I put my Keybaord and Mouse, but it fits perfectly! It looks super nice too!

I sent in a photo to be sized to fit the mat. They sent me proofs to make sure it was to my liking. I¡¯m telling y¡¯all pictures do not do this mat justice one bit.
