Shipping

We process orders promptly, with most products shipped within 2-5 days. Please note that hand-tufted rugs and resin keycaps may require an additional 3 to 5 days for shipping.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment. Track your package using the provided number on our website or through the carrier’s online tracking system.

US Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS): Free, 7-14 business days delivery.
  • Express Shipping (FedEx or UPS): $19.9, 3-5 business days delivery.

Other Country Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping (EMS): Free, 10-18 business days delivery.
  • Express Shipping (FedEx or UPS): $29.9, 3-7 business days delivery.

Order Change

If you selected the wrong size, pattern, or wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours.

If you want to cancel an order, you must send a cancel request email for us within 24 hours of placing the order because we require 2-3 days for production time and you will receive a full refund.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us here with your order number, the current delivery address, and the address you would like to change it to. We can make changes to your address before your order leaves our factory!

Other

1. You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

2. You will be charged a return fee if the reason for return is not the fault of the product. For example, you will be charged a fee with reason is there is no need to use product.

3. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return via Contact Us or Email: [email protected]

If your package is lost in transit, we are happy to replace it and ensure that your order is delivered smoothly. If you do not wish to have your package replaced, we must wait 2 weeks before issuing a refund in case the package is delivered to you. Our customer service team will regularly check your order within two weeks to track its progress and provide accurate updates.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for any information about customs policies that apply in your country.

We do not take any responsibility for any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes and we have no control over what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances.

If packages are undelivered for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, we are not responsible for return shipping costs or for retrieving merchandise and the order will NOT be eligible for a refund. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.
