Return & Refund Policy
We are obliged to make you satisfied with our products and service on dragonrug.com. If you are not happy with your purchase we are willing to provide a refund and exchange service under the following conditions:
- All returns and refunds must be applied within 10 days of receiving your purchase at [email protected] or the Contact Us page.
- Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or refund. We will review your request and send your further email if it is approved.
- We are not responsible for the shipping charge of returns for personal reasons. Please consider carefully before placing orders.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us immediately at support@dragonrug.com. We will deal with it without a doubt. You need to provide:
- Order number
- Picture of damaged package or products
- Correct shipping address
We will arrange a replacement for your damaged item at no cost to you. But the damage caused by the customer will be issued an extra fee for replacement.
Process Time of Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the receipt of the item. Additionally, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.
However, please note that it may take additional processing time for your bank to finalize the refund. If you have any questions about the timing of the refund, we recommend contacting your bank for further details.
Change or Cancel Order
If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note orders that have been sent out cannot be modified or canceled.
Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us here with your order number, the current delivery address, and the address you would like to change it to. We can make changes to your address before your order leaves our factory!
Style, size, and photo changes
We can make any necessary changes as long as you make the request within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email us here with your order number in the subject line and any changes you would like in the body of the email. We will get back to you as soon as possible and make it happen!
Product image disclaimer
Please note that while we make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products, we cannot guarantee that every production photo accurately depicts the actual color of the item due to variations in screen resolution. If you have any questions regarding the color, material, or size of the product before purchasing, please contact us.
Lost packages
If your package is lost in transit, we are happy to replace it and ensure that your order is delivered smoothly. If you do not wish to have your package replaced, we must wait 2 weeks before issuing a refund in case the package is delivered to you. Our customer service team will regularly check your order within two weeks to track its progress and provide accurate updates.
CUSTOM DUTIES
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for any information about customs policies that apply in your country.
We do not take any responsibility for any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes and we have no control over what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances.
If packages are undelivered for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, we are not responsible for return shipping costs or for retrieving merchandise and the order will NOT be eligible for a refund. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.
