Gentle Cleaning Solution: For more stubborn stains or general cleaning, create a gentle cleaning solution by mixing a small amount of mild liquid dish soap or laundry detergent with water.
Cleaning the Stain: Dip a soft brush or sponge into the cleaning solution and gently scrub the stained area in the direction of the fibres. Rinse the area thoroughly with clean water to remove any soap residue.
Drying: After cleaning, gently squeeze out excess water and allow the rug to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat during drying to prevent fading and damage.

If you do not wish to have your package replaced, we must wait 2 weeks before issuing a refund in case the package is delivered to you.

If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on dragonrug.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date of package delivery.
As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.
Please note - Dragon Rug does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
